Franchise Readiness Tips:

🟣 Investment required to open a pickleplex™ social club: $500K -$1M

🟣 Must show proof of liquid assets of $300K

🟣 Start up costs include: franchise license, commercial real estate lease, store build, inventory, staff recruiting and training of owner/investor

🟣 You and your partners/investors must have a clean criminal record
